Mr. Francis Kangoma Dunor, Sr. is the Founder/CEO of Kangoma's Multi Services Consulting. He is a result-driven professional with over 10 years of practical experience in the private and public sectors with top level skills in management, leadership, business operations and strategic planning. Prior to migrating to the United States, Mr. Dunor spent 8 years working for the Government of Liberia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in various capacities.
In the United States, Mr. Dunor worked in different sectors holding diverse leadership and management positions that in include Life Skills Manager at North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, Community Program Manager at Devereaux Foundation, Inc. Francis holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University with emphasis in leading and managing a broader business within the context of implementing strategic, effective, and legal HR practices in contemporary business organizations. He also obtained an MPA in International Public Administration and public Policy Analysis from the Strayer University, with focus on public agencies, public policies at Federal level consisting of international affairs, political theory, urban planning, non-profit organizations, and public service leadership. Francis acquired his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Liberia majoring in Political Science with a minor in International Relations.
